By signing into, accessing, or otherwise using the Mission Passport website and application (“MP"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use MP. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, so please check for changes to these Terms each time you use MP. Your continued use of MP following the posting of changes to these Terms means that you accept those changes.
MP is owned and operated by Hope Channel International, Inc.(“HCI”, "we", "us", or a similar term). You may view, download, and print material from MP only for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise expressly indicated. You may not post material from MP to another website or computer network without our permission. You may not transmit or distribute material from MP to other websites. You may not use MP or information found at MP (including the names or addresses of those who have submitted information to MP) to sell or promote products or services, to solicit clients, or for any other commercial purpose. We reserve sole discretion and right to deny, revoke, or limit use of MP, including the reproduction and any other use of any material available through MP.

Mission Passport Terms and Conditions
About Mission Passport
Mission Passport is a research and documentation tool, and a communication process geared towards maximizing a brand’s mission efficiency for Hope Channel International.
It requires brand creators to think critically about their ideas, through a guided documentation and ideation process. The process goes through four overarching stages which are made available as part of this online tool.
1.
Creator Exercise: The process in which a creator documents their ideas, does the audience research and prepares their initial framework for a go to market strategy.
2.
Internal Reviews and Feedback: A mission passport coach will work with the creator and HCI staff review and see if the idea needs to be developed further before requesting it for approvals.
3.
Approvals - The system will allow for transparent communication between the approving groups and the creator.
4.
Evaluations - After the brand is deployed for distribution, based on the approved proposals, the brand will be evaluated on an ongoing basis until the brand is sunset.
User Privacy
By using Mission Passport you agree that:

Completed Mission Passports may be shared with Seventh-day Adventist organizations that sponsor the Mission Passport, and may be used by the ministry to showcase the Mission Passport in various ways, including, but not limited to websites, videos, newsletters, and all other forms of media.

MP administration may share completed projects with the sponsoring organization periodically, or by request, because organizations are not members of MP and therefore do not have viewing privileges.
Code of Conduct
You agree that you will not individually, or as part of any collective effort, submit or post information to MP that could be deemed harmful or offensive to other users, nor will you impersonate another user in order to hide your identity or to implicate another in such actions. You further agree to do nothing that might disrupt the flow of data to and from MP, impact the service or performance of MP, or circumvent any of the controls or usage rules that we have implemented. You understand and agree that the result of harmful or offensive actions (or any other breach of these Terms and Conditions) may include revocation of your right to use MP and its materials, and legal action against you
User Content
We reserve the right to refuse to accept, or to remove from MP, any submitted materials we believe may subject us to legal liability or violate these Terms.
You agree not to post content that: (i) may create a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to you, to any other person, or to any animal; (ii) may create a risk of any other loss or damage to any person or property; (iii) seeks to harm or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking them for personally identifiable information, or otherwise; (iv) may constitute or contribute to a crime or tort; (v) contains any information or content that we deem to be unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable; (vi) contains any information or content that is illegal; (vii) contains any information or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law, including data protection law, or due to any contractual or fiduciary relationship; (viii) contains any information or content that you know or believe is not correct and current; or (ix) promotes, or otherwise incites, discrimination, racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual. You agree not to use MP to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory, and you understand and agree that your failure to comply with this provision may lead to your loss of access to MP.You agree that any material that you post does not and will not violate any third-party right of any kind, including, without limitation, any Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below). To the extent that your material contains third party content, you hereby represent that you are the owner of, or have a valid license to, all the Intellectual Property Rights of such third party content and have the power to grant the license granted below. You hereby represent that you have the written consent of each and every identifiable natural person whose likeness appears in your content. You will supply us with these written consents if we request you to do so. Term
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use MP. You may terminate your MP membership at any time, for any reason, by sending an email to info(at)hopetv(dot)org .
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The Terms constitute the entire and exclusive and final statement of the agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof, and govern your use of the services, superseding any prior agreements or negotiations between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
This site is created and controlled under the laws of the State of Maryland, which shall be the law giving effect to and interpretation of all terms and conditions hereunder. Any action pertaining to this website shall be in the State of Maryland with Montgomery County the venue for such action. Any person named a party to any action regarding this Web site agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Maryland and of the United States of America located in the State of Maryland.Privacy
